Membership
All membership dues are renewable every January to cover one calendar year from January through December. New members who join on or after October 1st shall pay dues applicable for that calendar year and shall be considered a member in good standing through December 31 of the following year.
Get the most for your membership! Many people have asked why they can’t simply join during any month of the year and have their membership dues amortized for the number of months remaining until January. While this seems sensible in general, it is too unwieldy a process for a lone, volunteer (Membership Chair) to manage. In an effort to promote new membership sign-ups and renewals for each January we make a point of promoting all the members only workshops, tours, and other members benefits beginning in winter and continuing throughout the year.
